Jayden's exciting year ahead 2018 was a demanding year for young talented driver Jayden Goosen, running in 2 classes (Mini Max & Mini Rok) on Regional and National level. 23 Race weekends later across South Africa he found himself always in the mix of the top runners with 11 podiums to show for it. In 2019 Jayden will merely focus only on 1 class Mini Rok. He will be participating at all Regional and National events across South Africa. The Rok Cup SA promoters are expecting a full field of up to 30 entries on race days, so it’s a no brainer to be racing against the best. Jayden will be making his debut in Europe to. 2 Races is already agreed on for October. These 2 International events will without a doubt only help Jayden become a more accomplished racer. The Africa Open and 4 selected events from Rotax SA will be the only seat time for Jayden in his Mini Max kart due to his commitments towards the Rok Cup. The chassis for 2019 will again be the trustworthy OTK-Kosmic. Kosmic has released a new chassis called the Mercury EV Rookie late 2018. The Mercury won the World Title both in the KZ class and in the direct drive OKJ in 2018, so again it’s an easy decision to race with them for 2019 and many more years to come.
